Key points

  • TRScene is Open Beta trading software, not an exchange, broker, adviser, fiduciary, or custodian.
  • You must be at least 18 and remain responsible for every scenario, order, position, and connected exchange.
  • Paid checkout, public community publishing, and direct messages are not part of the current Open Beta.
  • Stopping TRScene or deactivating your account may not cancel exchange orders or close positions.

Agreement, operator, and eligibility

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the TRScenedesktop application, authentication and API services, and the legal and callback pages at trscene.com (collectively, the “Service”). TRScene is operated by Kim Sunyoung in the Republic of Korea.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, be legally able to form a binding agreement, and satisfy the eligibility requirements of every exchange you connect. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.

The Open Beta is available globally, except where the Service, digital-asset trading, derivatives trading, or a connected exchange is prohibited or restricted. You are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful in your location.

Open Beta service scope

TRScene provides tools to create, test, monitor, and run rule-based digital-asset trading scenarios. Current features may include exchange connections, scenario automation, market information, watchlists, goals, journals, analytics, reports, AI assistance, and notification integrations.

The Service is in Open Beta. Features, supported exchanges, limits, data formats, and availability may change as we test and improve the product. Beta access or additional capacity may be provided through an Event-owned cohort. A beta entitlement is not a promise that a feature will remain unlimited or become part of a future paid plan.

Public community publishing, direct messages, and paid checkout are not part of the current Open Beta offering. References to future functionality, a prototype, or source code do not make that functionality available under these Terms.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep it current, and protect your email account, password, device, recovery methods, and connected services. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Do not send passwords, exchange secrets, private keys, or payment-card details to TRScene support. Notify us promptly at support@trscene.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Exchange connections and order authority

You may connect only exchange accounts and API credentials that you are authorized to use. Grant only the read and trading permissions needed by the Service. Keep withdrawal permission disabled and use exchange IP restrictions where available. TRScene does not require withdrawal permission.

When you enable or run a scenario, you instruct and authorize the desktop app to read exchange information and to submit, amend, or cancel orders according to the scenario you configured. The exchange—not TRScene— accepts or rejects orders and determines fills, fees, funding, margin, liquidation, rate limits, downtime, and account restrictions.

Stopping a scenario, closing TRScene, disconnecting an exchange, deactivating your TRScene account, or losing connectivity may not cancel every exchange order or close every position. You must verify and manage your orders and positions directly at the exchange.

Trading risk and your responsibility

Digital-asset and leveraged derivatives trading can result in rapid and total loss. Automated trading may repeat an error faster than manual trading. Network failures, stale prices, exchange outages, software defects, configuration mistakes, liquidity, slippage, funding, leverage, and liquidation can cause results that differ materially from a preview or expectation.

You are solely responsible for:

  • deciding whether trading and each connected exchange are lawful and appropriate for you;
  • reviewing every symbol, side, order type, quantity, price, leverage, margin mode, and exit rule;
  • testing in a demo environment or with an amount you can afford to lose before broader use;
  • monitoring scenarios, orders, positions, margin, exchange status, and connectivity;
  • maintaining safeguards and independently intervening at the exchange when necessary; and
  • your tax, reporting, licensing, and regulatory obligations.

Past performance, examples, analytics, reports, and AI output do not guarantee future results. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.

AI features

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsafe. You must review every generated scenario, explanation, and recommendation before relying on it. AI output does not replace exchange documentation, professional advice, or your own judgment. Do not submit exchange credentials, private keys, payment-card details, or confidential third-party information. We may change models, meter usage, limit requests, or suspend an AI feature for safety, availability, or capacity management.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • violate law, sanctions, exchange rules, market-abuse rules, or another person’s rights;
  • manipulate markets, deceive or impersonate others, harass, spam, or distribute malicious content;
  • access another user’s account or data, bypass limits, or interfere with security or availability;
  • probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or automate access except as law permits or we authorize;
  • resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission; or
  • use the Service or AI output to create unlawful or harmful trading activity.

Open Beta access and future billing

Paid checkout and subscription resumption are unavailable during the current Open Beta. We do not charge an Open Beta participation fee through the Service, and beta access has no cash value. We may limit, suspend, or end beta access if needed for security, capacity, compliance, or product changes.

If paid plans are introduced, we will present the applicable price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, and payment-provider terms before accepting a purchase. These Terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated before new payment information is collected through TRScene.

Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties, including connected exchanges, Supabase, Vercel, Google Gemini, and optional Telegram services. Their terms, privacy notices, fees, limits, regional restrictions, and availability apply separately. We do not control their systems or decisions, and a link or integration does not mean that we endorse or guarantee the third party.

Intellectual property and feedback

The Service, software, design, trademarks, documentation, and original content are owned by TRScene or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant TRScene the limited rights needed to host, process, synchronize, back up, and display that content for you. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses and notices shown in the desktop app.

Availability, changes, and beta data

The Open Beta is provided for evaluation and may contain defects. We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, or the Service. Maintenance, emergencies, provider failures, exchange changes, legal restrictions, or security risks may interrupt access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or exchange change, or preservation of every local or cloud record. Maintain independent records and safeguards appropriate to your trading risk.

Suspension and account deactivation

You may stop using the Service and deactivate your account through available settings. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, abuse the Service, or if continued operation is no longer reasonably feasible.

Account deactivation does not automatically cancel open exchange orders or close positions. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, risk disclosures, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—remain in effect.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” TRScene and its licensors disclaim express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, security, and availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRScene, the operator, and their licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; loss of profits, data, opportunity, or goodwill; trading losses; liquidation; missed orders; or losses caused by market moves, an exchange, a connected provider, credentials, connectivity, user configuration, or unauthorized access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising from the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly for the Service during the 12 months before the event or USD 100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory protections in your place of residence continue to apply where they cannot be waived. Courts with lawful jurisdiction over the operator and dispute may hear a claim unless applicable law requires another forum.

We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes. We will post the revised Terms, update the effective or last-updated date, and provide additional notice when required. Changes apply prospectively. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the Service before they take effect.
